The role and what we are looking for

Capricorn's Area Managers are here to develop business with our existing Members and Preferred Suppliers, as well as establishing new business within a designated sales territory with the goal of achieving membership and sales growth for the organisation. Based from your own home office, travelling to meet Members and Suppliers is key to this role and as such regular travel to rural areas away from home may be necessary based on the sales territory.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Proven sales and/or relationship management experience with strong business and commercial acumen;

  • Highly driven and self-motivated

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Relationship building and/or territory management.

  • A passion for the Automotive Industry and experience in this field
