Apply now for the position of Healthcare Consulting Solutions Zone Lead North America, and you will have a direct impact on transforming laboratory diagnostic service delivery for our customers and partners. You will be responsible for leading and transforming our healthcare consulting practice, by driving strategy, and enabling our customers to achieve their objectives and embrace technological advancements to better serve clinicians and patients throughout North America.

Your role:

  • You will lead a highly skilled expert team of healthcare consultants who all have a passion for optimizing laboratory diagnostic service delivery.
  • Strategic Leadership:
  • You will develop and implement the overall strategy for the laboratory diagnostics, healthcare consulting practice in NAM.
  • You will identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape to drive business development and consulting solutions.
  • You will collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term objectives and goals for healthcare consulting solutions in North America.
Operational Excellence:

  • You will ensure the successful execution of consulting engagements, including scoping, resource allocation, budgeting, and performance management.
  • You will provide leadership and mentorship to the consulting team and foster a high-performance culture.
  • You will establish KPIs and metrics to track success, outcomes, and overall performance of the consulting practice.
Industry Expertise & Innovation:

  • You will stay current on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes within the laboratory diagnostics space.
  • You will drive thought leadership by contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and developing innovative consulting frameworks.
  • Through consulting engagements, you will help laboratory leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and enhanced service delivery.
Your expertise:

  • This executive role requires you to have a deep understanding of the laboratory diagnostics industry, healthcare market trends, and regulatory requirements in North America. Laboratory Diagnostics Industry knowledge is required.
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, with a significant focus on laboratory diagnostics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate market trends into actionable healthcare consulting solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading and growing a healthcare consulting practice, with demonstrated success in business development and client engagement.
  • Experience working with senior executives within healthcare systems, laboratories, and diagnostic companies.
  • Deep knowledge of the laboratory diagnostics industry, including operations, technology, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics in North America.
  • Strategic vision and decision-making
  • People leadership and team development, ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Business acumen and financial management
  • Experience managing direct reports required.
  • Frequent travel across North America
  • International travel up to 20%

The pay range for this position is $200,000 - $270.000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is (20%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
