Experience and qualifications- 5 plus years’ experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in NY, bachelor’s or master’s degree in health care administration or related field, knowledge of Quality Assurance and Improvement Systems. Proven track record in performance management and effective leadership.
Strong leadership abilities that will foster and promote a team-oriented culture, that will motivate and engage the workforce for optimal operational performance, and for workforce, residents, and family satisfaction.
Ability to lead and direct the overall operations of and provide oversight and accountability for the region.
Has strong analytical and problem- solving skills to improve operational performance, through a proactive/ systems approach related to Quality Assurance and Improvement program.
Provide coverage, stabilization, and progress of operational performance during times of vacancies and on-boarding of newly hired leaders. Works to develop leadership and mentorship of the leadership in each of the facilities.
Monitors and interacts with leadership daily pertaining to day-to-day operational performances, regulatory compliance, sales/marketing outcomes ,quality improvement processes, etc.
Provides innovative, responsible healthcare with the development and implementation of new ideas that continually improve systems and processes to achieve optimal results, and the development of a successful leadership team in each facility.
Works closely with the administration team of each facility and is required to travel daily to various locations.
Works under the supervision and direction of the Corporate Administrator, and Ownership.
