LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR III

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. People Management and People Leader

2. PEZA, Customs and All Government Offices Management

3. Related to Plant and Transportation (International and Local)

4. Escalation for transportation, Inbound and Outbound logistics operations.

5. Global Trade Compliance interaction with trade people to make sure all shipments are compliant from origin and destination side

6. Global Supply Chain Management

7. Escalation point person for all of shipments to ensure the compliance on regulations

8. Monitoring of the deliveries, handling insurance coverages, duties as well as tax obligations

9. Designing and implementing all export and import strategies and preparing effective business plans Resolving the queries of the clients related to export and import process and expenses.

10. Interact with customers/clients face to face or over the phone and foster and develop relationships with customers/clients

11. Review and Approval of all incoming bill of lading with attention to discrepancies.

12. Audits bill of lading to ensure billing requirements are met.

13. Monitoring of performance of all forwarders, couriers and service providers related to Transportation

14. SOP and SOW Management

15. Communication and Coordination with PEZA, Customs, PDEA, Brokers, Consultants and other government agencies as needed.

16. On time Renewal of all government requirements for shipment purposes

17. Reports and Analysis on Freight Spend and Transportation improvement programs

18. Cost Savings

19. Meeting all the compliances related to regulatory and corporate requirements

20. Follows rules and regulations EHS, GST etc.

21. Environmental health and safety associated with his responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree of any Business Course or Engineering Related Course

• At least 5-7 Years of Experience in the same field and industry.

• At least 3 or more years of experience as People Manager

Must Have:

• PEZA and Customs (International and Local)

• People Management

• Logisctics (End to End Process)

• Manufacturing Industry
