Job Description

Core responsibilities

Molding Process Area is a critical function in Molding Operations, the objective of the area is to ensure the right safety, quality and delivery into the molding injection processes.

  • Creation / update documents related to process (Moulding instructions, mould cards, etc).

  • Develop together with the training area material to implement new technology, platform or super goals related to process engineering.

  • Global collaboration and network with other sites.

  • Support production on troubleshooting problems and create reports to analyze data to suggest improvements on the current processes.

  • Perform process Audits and ensure process according with the standard.

  • Participate on projects and tools about problem solving or continuous improvements.

  • Global collaboration and network with other sites.

Do you have what it take?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience on Plastic Injection Process Area.

  • Deep understanding of machine parameter setting.

  • Strong sense of collaboration and networking internal and globally

  • Good communication in English
