The Opportunity
As part of the Assurance Technology Testing Center team you are responsible for facilitating user acceptance testing and guiding junior staff in Tampa, virtually, and offshore. As a Senior Associate you are tasked with analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining exemplary standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are expected to coordinate software testing with product owners, train testers on software, and examine defects identified during testing, demonstrating project management skills and leadership with large teams.
Responsibilities
Facilitate and oversee user acceptance testing processes
Lead and inspire junior staff across various locations
Analyze and resolve complex issues related to software testing
Coordinate with product owners to promote successful testing
Train team members on software functionalities and testing procedures
Investigate and address defects identified during testing
Demonstrate leadership and project management skills
Build and maintain productive client relationships while expanding business understanding
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
2 years of experience in either audit (core or risk assurance) or software quality assurance
In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving either audit (core or risk assurance) or software quality assurance experience; 3 years leading multiple teams

The salary range for this position is: $82,000 - $204,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
