The Technology Third Party Management Systems Lead is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology development team and third party software vendors.

Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Technology S2C/Third Party Management System Functional Head, this position is responsible for planning, directing, and implementing strategic initiatives for the Third Party Management (TPM) systems. This includes direct oversight for legacy TPM applications systems (CASP, CASP+, TP RAP, iTPU) as well as a leadership role in the design and implementation of a new enterprise third party management platform. The lead will be required to implement processes to support the TPM Program, in an enterprise-based solution, while working with the various stakeholders across multiple businesses, functions and geographies within Citi.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversight for the following system functions: CASP, CASP+, TP RAP, iTPU and play a key role in the implementation of the enterprise third party management platform.

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining a strategic Roadmap for all system implementations, operational implementations, and management across all platforms with the objective to standardize and automate processes, improve data quality, integrate end-to-end systems, and support the delivery of meaningful metrics.

  • Accountable to implement appropriate structure and controls in line with the Technology methodology.

  • Key enabler for Third Party Management objectives of ensuring the supply chain is managed efficiently, effectively, and in a standardized manner with reduced risk through all stages of the supplier lifecycle.

  • Accountable for all specified systems operations to ensure that Technology System's objectives and goals are met.

  • Develops and implements information management strategies and solutions to support ongoing systems operations and investment programs.

  • Oversees components of the systems, such as, data sourcing, migration, quality, design, training, reporting, and implementation.

  • Enhance system usability and overall user experiences through training and communication.

  • Re-engineer systems and process to yield processing and productivity saves.

  • Contribute to technical direction and strategic decisions as a technical expert in all development and implementation phases, providing in-depth and sophisticated analyses to define problems and develop innovative solutions

  • Establish relationships with senior executives and senior management in various businesses to understand complex business drivers and provide system and metric/reporting support.

  • Management of direct and contract staff in Tampa, and India locations with accountability for staffing, mentoring, training, and employee development.

  • Work in conjunction with internal and external partners to ensure the prioritization of resources such as development and DBA resources for the successful delivery of projects.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to support key initiatives and interact with Citi Senior Executives and stakeholders within and across the Global Functions Technology, TPM Office, and Business/Function Third-Party Officers.

  • Strong functional knowledge of Third-Party Management, and Citi internal processes to lead and support critical investment programs and Citi strategic programs.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

  • Business Administration degree or similar with an emphasis in Information Systems, or Technology

  • Minimum of 10 years of program implementation and experience with program management, data management, supply chain management, and Third-Party Management.

  • Comprehensive experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle

  • Ability to handle a high volume of demand with flexibility.

  • Experience leading global teams.

  • Specific involvement with strategic planning and executing initiatives and the ability to successfully produce in a functional systems organization is desirable.

  • Knowledge of Citi policies and processes as it pertains to Third Party Management and Supplier Risk systems is a plus.

  • Ability to develop strong relationships, negotiate areas of difference and build consensus across the global organization as well as with external suppliers, as appropriate.

  • Fluent English, written and oral.

  • Expert level problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to break complex subjects into manageable pieces, determine the status quo, business requirements and target a course of action

  • Advanced system change management skills including stakeholder management and communication

  • Expert level consulting skills to include relationship management, customer satisfaction, understanding customer needs, building business cases, and facilitation

  • Advanced communication/presentation skills as well as the ability to collect and share constructive feedback

  • Must have advanced cross-cultural and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure managing multiple activities and changing priorities

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Master's degree preferred

$130,880.00 - $196,320.00
