ManpowerGroup Risk Analyst in Tampa, Florida

Our client in the financial industry is seeking a Risk Analyst to join their team. As a Risk Analyst, you will be part of the Risk Management department supporting Liquidity Risk Management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Job Title: Risk Analyst

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate

What's the Job?

  • Perform GAP assessment of the GLRM Policy/Procedure Vs. Liquidity Regulations

  • Assist in enhancing or developing certain sections of the GLRM process run book

  • Apply understanding of Global Liquidity Risk Management Policies and Procedures to operationalize the process run book to ensure that the team is in compliance with various policy and procedural requirements

  • Co-ordinate with various team members to ensure that the Run book is updated on the specified periodicity

  • Develop a management dashboard to provide senior management with periodic updates of run book progress

What's Needed?

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Ability to read and understand policy and procedures

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Liquidity experience is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and challenge the team to come up with recommendations on the quality of documentation and evidence provided
