To reap the benefit of our combined capabilities, we have created an enticing leadership position in our strategy organization. WE are seeking a motivated and talented Revenue Synergy Leader to identify, strategize, and implement progressive synergies between clients of newly acquired companies while harnessing our capabilities to win business and grow our portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer and working across the organization, the Revenue Synergy Leader will be instrumental in capitalizing synergistic growth, expanding client relationships and growing our project pipeline and backlog.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead with empathy, strong communication, and a people-focused approach to achieve profitable growth.

  • Support and shape the company’s people-focused culture by promoting inclusivity, diversity, and collaboration by reinforcing positive workplace values and encouraging teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Collaborate with the newly acquired companies’ leaders, and the company market and practice leaders to identify and realize cross-selling and business diversification opportunities, and potential major initiative for synergistic growth.

  • Develop and implement a Value Creation Plan for revenue synergies.

  • Interface with clients of the newly acquired companies and existing clients to demonstrate and sell additional value from the expanded Verdantas capabilities.

  • Lead due diligence related to clients and backlog specific to M&A pursuits.

  • Develop a Value Creation plan for revenue synergies and follow thru.

  • Educate internally to improve organizational awareness and take advantage of the expanded “client and service offerings from new acquisitions”.

  • Monitor and achieve KPI’s involving backlog, new sales pipeline, multiplier, staffing and P&L for synergistic growth.

  • Foster a culture of engagement, mutual respect, collaboration, and resource sharing

  • Maintain the company’s strong focus on people and safety

KPI EXPECTATIONS

  • Overall company sales to build backlog against budgeted plan.

  • Driving revenue to align with and meet expected EBITDA targets.

  • Synergistic sales through Value Creation Plan.

  • New/under-developed client sales

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years’ experience within the A/E/C industry or consulting with the industry.

  • 5+ years’ experience in national or regional business development and/or operational leadership roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, Business, or related fields.

  • Advanced degree and professional registration, preferred.

  • Excellent people skills and empathy with an ability to develop relationships quickly with clients and business leaders.

  • Highly experienced in business development with demonstrable drive and results achievement in a team setting.

  • Possess strong financial and business acumen.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer experience.

  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality.

  • Excellent oral and writing communication skills.

  • Highly organized with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
