Our client, in the beverage industry is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting the plant The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, work in a team environment and strong analytical skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Technician

Location: Tampa, Florida

Pay Range: DOE

What’s the Job?

• Responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout the entire production process

• Conduct package quality inspection and quality audits and isolate product that does not meet standards

• Analyze syrup beverage and/or purified water attributes

• Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operations

• Receive and test CO2 and raw materials prior to production process.

What’s Needed?

• 1-3 years of prior production/manufacturing experience, OR 2+ years relevant lab technician experience

• Food/beverage industry experience a plus

• Bachelor's degree in science, or related field preferred

• Proficient in the use of Computer Data base, Microsoft Excel and Word

• Familiarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous material
