JPMorgan Chase Payment Lifecycle Analyst - Receivables Monitoring in Tampa, Florida

As a Payment Lifecycle Analyst - Receivables Monitoring , you will be part of the Command Centre team with the primary responsibility to monitor various application infrastructures while ensuring daily batches are completed by domestic and offshore keying sites. Your responsibility as a monitoring team will be to escalate all issues and rejections to the production managers in order to remediate and resolve incidents with minimal business impact.

The Command Centre team has a "follow the sun" model and may require some work to happen off-hours via remote access and mobile phone. You will have heavy interaction with Information Technology teams including developers, information/data security, networking, system administrators, and information technology operations. This is an "eyes on glass" function, hence, teamwork is required to coordinate coverage during breaks.

Your shift for this role will be 11 am - 8 pm Eastern Standard Time Zone. You will also be required for weekend and holiday coverage on rotational basis as well as occasional site shift coverage for Bournemouth and Bangalore resiliency coverage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Undertake Monitoring of Systems, Links and Transmissions

  • Acknowledge and action system alerts promptly

  • Open and Initiate Pre-Authorized Contribution tickets

  • Support and perform maintenance activities like End of Day and Secured Overdraft management

  • Participate in all Incident Management calls and provide the relevant information to the line of business technical and operation teams

  • Manage and respond to internal client enquiries raised via telephone or e-mail

  • Support any testing, implementation events as required

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience of working as part of a Global team

  • Excellent written & oral communication skills in English

  • Good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally & externally and at all levels

  • Audit-focused

  • A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through. Escalate issues as appropriate

  • Ability to use creative problem solving techniques to solve business issues

  • Must be able to work under pressure in deadline environment
