Our client is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to handle a diverse range of tasks, delivering exceptional customer service and support while consistently producing high-quality work. They will maintain a broad understanding of the Litigation practice groups and possess specialized knowledge of the assigned attorneys' practice area(s) and clients, ensuring outstanding client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing legal documents.

• Review, edit, and proofread work to ensure precision and accuracy.

• Collaborate with attorneys on managing deadlines and trial preparations.

• Handle the daily tracking and entry of billable and non-billable hours.

• Billable hours is 1500/year.

• Uphold the highest level of confidentiality for all Firm and client information, records, and files, both internally and externally.

Skills

• Commercial Litigation (3 years of experience is preferred)
