ITS Technologies & Logistics Integration Specialist in Tampa, Florida

Overview

ConGobal, the go-to expert for multimodal, industrial terminal operations, is seeking to fill multiple program management roles, at varying levels, within its technical product development group.

As an integration specialist, you will be responsible for internal and external customer integration with ConGlobal technologies. Develop solutions that can be automated to receive and send files in whatever format and cross-functional programs, Strategize, implement, and maintain integration/enterprise bus initiatives that adhere to industry standards and meets company objectives. Assess and recommend build vs buy decisions for integration bus. Provide solution to create an integrated solution for customers implementing ConGlobal technologies. This requires partnering with engineering management to facilitate all aspects of projects: Design, Develop, prioritize, track, proactively manage and communicate status of projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, implementation and sales team. Work directly with customer’s technology and operations team, be able to influence them to create and provide solutions for integrating ConGlobal technology into customer’s sites. This is a hands on role where you will manage programs through the software development lifecycle from concept to delivery.   • Design, develop, test, and implement integration solutions for clients to connect with ConGlobal technologies. Work with various stakeholders, such as business analysts, developers, project managers, and end-users, to understand the client's needs, requirements, and objectives.

  • Define and own implementing solutions to bring data coming into ConGlobal Technologies and data going out to customers for assigned projects

  • Ensure all projects under the purview align with the requirements and timelines of the customer and internal implementation teams.

  • Escalate any delays or risks to project timelines to the appropriate project manager/implementation owner of the project in a timely manner.

  • Work with complex and dynamic integration scenarios, involving multiple systems, platforms, and protocols

  • Research and evaluate different integration tools, methods, and best practices to find the most suitable and cost-effective solution.

  • Must ensure data quality, security, and compliance when dealing with sensitive or regulated data.

  • Manage integration performance, scalability, and reliability for high-volume or real-time data.

  • Stay up to date with changing technologies, standards, and trends in the integration field, must balance client demands, project deadlines, and resource constraints.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with clients and development teams.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, solutions team and customer teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven track record of success in integrating systems and manage data movements between systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for building products that make a meaningful impact.

  • Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Clickup, Confluence, and Product board.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

  • Skills include proficiency in programming languages for use of APIs, ETL, middleware, or custom code to create and maintain integration workflows.

  • Help customers by ensuring smooth data flow between various applications, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall system efficiency.

  • Strong foundation in programming concepts, algorithms, data structures, database management, and system architecture.

  • Knowledge of one or more programming languages commonly used for building integrations, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, .NET, or PHP and web service technologies like RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and HTTP protocols.

  • Deep understanding of system integration concepts.

Nice to Have

  • Experience developing products for logistics environments.

Location : Remote with 25% - 50% travel
