Your Role Matters

As a Housekeeping Associate in a Houseperson/Utility role, you’ll play an important role in delivering on Atrium’s promise of exceptional hospitality, as well as the success of the hotel while delivering memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Seamless Guest Experience : Ensure all housekeeping associates have the necessary supplies by delivering linens, towels, and cleaning materials, etc. promptly. Respond to guest requests, including extra amenities or special housekeeping needs, to enhance their stay

  • Maintaining Clean and Organized Public Spaces : Assist in keeping hallways, elevators, lobbies, and other public areas tidy by vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, and restocking supplies. Help with deep cleaning tasks as needed

  • Taking Ownership & Accountability : Ensure all housekeeping storage rooms and carts remain stocked, clean, and organized. Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately to the appropriate department to uphold a safe and well-maintained environment.

  • Collaborating Across Departments : Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and the front desk teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas are properly maintained. Provide assistance with moving furniture, handling special cleaning projects, and supporting the overall efficiency of housekeeping operations

Experience & Qualifications:

Required:

  • Physical: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs; able to walk and stand for duration of shift

  • Other: Flexible to work day shift, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays (as needed)

Preferred:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience: Previous hotel housekeeping laundry or applicable cleaning or laundry experience
