Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all Hospital Physician operations within BayCare Medical Group.

• This will include the entire geography for BayCare Health Systems. Included are all physicians performing hospitalist duties within the system.

• Included are Hospitalist physicians, advanced care practitioners and other providers as assigned - greater than 100 providers.

• Works collaboratively in an Administrative/Medical Director dyad to improve quality, develop the programs, address issues, improve physician relations, and organize the operation to best serve our patients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

• Master's degree preferred in an area of business, health care or related field.

• Requires a minimum of 5 years leadership experience in medical group management (Practice Administrator/equivalent or higher), healthcare leadership, population health management or transformation leadership.

• Preferred experience is a combination of medical group management, project management, population health management or transformation leadership.
