Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Contruction Manager to oversee & manage multiple projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction projects from initial planning through to completion.

• Conduct thorough project reviews to schedule deliverables and estimate costs accurately.

• Oversee all on-site and off-site construction activities to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.

• Coordinate and direct the efforts of construction workers and subcontractors.

• Select appropriate tools, materials, and equipment, and monitor inventory levels.

• Fulfill all contractual performance conditions.

• Review work progress daily.

• Prepare internal and external reports on job status.

• Anticipate and prevent potential issues, resolving any that arise.

• Negotiate agreement terms, draft contracts, and obtain necessary permits and licenses.

• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.

• Ensure adherence to quality construction standards and proper construction techniques.
