Note: The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $30 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Hours: Monday-Friday 40 hours

• Working at heights up to 35' high on scaffold Lay concrete block to build CMU wall with rebar

• Assisting in aligning forms, patching voids, and using saws to cut expansion joints

• Making decisions and solving problems

• Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution

• Assisting with mixing concrete, grout, and other concrete products by hand or mixing machine

• Operating various small machines, such as skid loaders and backhoes

• Assembling and dismantling various types of forms made of wood and metal Working from blueprints, drawings, or oral instructions to carry out tasks

• Using hand and power tools to smooth concrete and grout

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of experience working with concrete block

• Prior commercial construction experience

• Ability to safely work at heights on scaffolding, lifts, etc

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

• Position may require a drug screen
