Citigroup Cash and Trade Processing Sr Analyst (AVP/C12)(Hybrid) in Tampa, Florida

This is a role within the TTS Operations team based in the Tampa CSC. The successful candidate will be required to manage Client Service Requests in a busy and dynamic environment and to ensure all day-to-day functions are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

The primary focus of the job is to support Trade Receivables team which is a pillar of Trade and Working Capital Solutions (TWCS), part of Treasury and Trade Services (TTS). Candidate is expected to provide a high-quality service to our internal and external customers by ensuring that our training levels, knowledge and understanding of the product offering is to a uniformly high standard and ensure that any errors are noted and corrective action taken.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Insurance Broker on quotes and policy issuances globally

  • Perform final review of Policy with broker, sales and CIRM to provide final Binding confirmation.

  • Monitor Insurance Limits across 15 Insurers

  • Track Premium Payment for insurance policies.

  • Coordinate KYC of every new Insurer.

  • Coordinate Due Diligence – 3rd party Risk management, scope definition and inventory of reports.

  • Support on performing RWA Management for entire Receivables business.

  • Support and coordinate monthly sale of AR assets with distribution team.

  • Prepare scorecard and monitor of OKRs for RF business.

  • Perform deal sampling diligence monthly (quality assurance)

  • Support monthly meetings with Risk organization for review and challenge of RWA numbers.

  • Identify and implement process improvement. Provide technical guidance and growth. Maintain business relationships. Identify and implement service enhancements.

  • Communicating on a timely basis the performance trends, standards and objectives, skill depth and process improvement initiatives for each unit.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Service or Operations Role

  • Trade experience highly desirable

  • Ability to quickly understand and resolve complex issues.

  • Possess highly effective written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Strong investigative and analytical skills

  • Proven Track record

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
