Citigroup Banking and International - Program Manager - Transformation, VP in Tampa, Florida

Role Description:

The role will act as a Project Manager to support the Banking and International Transformation Program Management Office (PMO). The role will involve reviewing program status data and working to produce recurring and consistent reporting. The role will also involve build-out and ongoing review of program level risks, issues, action items, dependencies and KPIs. This role will support Citi’s large and significant Transformation efforts. The role will require becoming familiar with Citi PM Policies and Standards to ensure excellent program governance and execution. It will support the B&I PMO Transformation Head.

The role is global in nature and will entail developing working relationships with stakeholders across various countries, business, and functions. Global reporting and communication, as well as project reviews / health checks of the book of work will be required across all program deliverables to support execution in accordance with guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide program governance, oversight, and monitoring in accordance with Citi Program Management Policies and Standards

  • Gather status updates and utilize various reporting systems and tools to prepare reporting needed to monitor and manage program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

  • Help track progress, manage change management, and escalate appropriately, as needed.

  • Supports planning and coordination of day-to-day program management activities, as needed.

  • Be involved in lessons learned sessions to help identify best practices and promote continuous improvement.

  • Manage the Program Management book of work by communicating with key stakeholders to develop and manage project timelines, drive program execution, and identify challenges early.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

  • Create sustainable processes in a BAU environment to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

  • Help develop and maintain robust program management reporting and monitoring.

  • Manage the inventory of risks and issues.

  • Lead Program Status meetings and minute taking.

  • Follow-up with action items and challenges raised until resolved.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8+ years of program management experience

  • Experience working with large sets of data and providing key insights and standardized reporting (e.g. pivot tables in excel)

  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint in creating targeted presentations.

  • Experience in project management, status tracking, delivery, and reporting.

  • Relevant experience in working within a risk, control, compliance, legal or audit function.

  • Understanding of program management methodologies, frameworks, processes, tools, and industry best practices

  • Experience in applying and embedding program methodologies across large scale programs.

  • Excellent planning and task management skills; capable of seeing the bigger picture as well as strong focus on day-to-day execution.

  • Strong control, compliance, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working with business stakeholders across multiple businesses, geographies, and support functions.

  • Knowledge of program management and regulatory compliance programs, processes.

  • Solid reporting and analytical skills – ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to senior and project stakeholders.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast paced and complex environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy; able to quickly identify the root of an issue.

  • Highly organized and efficient at prioritizing tasks

  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and be an advanced user of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Project

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree a plus

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
