Citigroup AVP, Change Management Business Analyst Engineer-C12-Tampa in Tampa, Florida

The Business Architecture (BA) Group is a dynamic strategic organization at the forefront of Citi's Transformation efforts. We act as a catalyst across businesses and functions and drive the transformation of Citi into a simpler, customer-centric organization. We are responsible for partnering with business lines and functions to establish the framework and execution of the simplification program, which includes developing enterprise-wide domain taxonomies, publishing standard playbooks and procedures, as well as creating process and design engineering models. We provide the businesses and functions with ongoing governance, program oversight, metrics and reporting to ensure consistency, control, and accountability and part to develop the frameworks that are the foundations of everything we do.

The Change Management Business Analyst Engineer is an AVP professional in Technology - Business Architecture - Change Management function, working in a fast-paced environment involved in Change Management Tooling & Adoption (50%), and Change Management Operations (50%). Involved in many aspects of Citi Enterprise Architecture Methodology (CEAM) Change Management activities, such as processes, taxonomies and artifacts, frameworks, strategies, procedures, tooling, metrics, and reporting. The ideal incumbent is required to have a good understanding of Change Management Operations, Technology Delivery Lifecycle, Process Design / Improvement.

In this opportunity as a Change Management Business Analyst Engineer, you will:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist two areas in the Change Management Function (1. Change Management Tooling & Adoption; 2. Change Management Operations) to accomplish work objectives and deliverables.

  • Change Management Tooling & Adoption (50%)

  • Partner with Tech Team on Change Management tool enhancements.

  • Assist with gathering requirements from stakeholders to enrich and build the tooling backlog for future releases.

  • Assist with writing requirement EPICs and User Stories.

  • Assist with release UAT coordination activities with stakeholders.

  • Manage tooling related information on Confluence.

  • Assist with Tooling User Guide maintenance and ad-hoc Tool product demos.

  • Other tooling related activities as prioritized.

  • Change Management Operations (50%)

  • Partner and collaborate with stakeholders on Change Management Operations relating to Citi Enterprise Architecture Methodology (CEAM) components and workstreams (Application Mapping, Business Process Taxonomy, Business Function Taxonomy, Target State Process Models).

  • Assist with conducting monthly downstream impact assessments based on approved change requests and partner with stakeholders to address/close required changes to taxonomies and CEAM artifacts.

  • Maintain information on Confluence.

  • Assist with coordinating taxonomy process related updates with Downstream Adopting programs and impacted Systems of Records (SORs) e.g., MCA, EUC, Data Concerns, iCaps, PTS etc.

  • Develop, maintain procedures, playbooks and training material as required.

  • Expected to assist with continuous improvement across Change Management Operations.

  • Partner with Risk & Control and other LODs (as required).

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of experience working in the Financial Services Industry.

  • 3+ years change Management Operations experience is preferred.

  • 3+ years experience with Technology SDLC / Agile Delivery.

  • Technology and Automation mindset.

  • Ability to write clear documentation (requirements, procedures, playbooks).

  • Experience writing Jira EPICs and User Stories is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work priorities simultaneously.

  • Process design and improvement skills.

  • Project coordination skills.

  • Ability to develop PowerPoint presentations and present at meetings and forums.

  • Ability to learn quickly and deal with ambiguity.

  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Intermediate to Advanced.

  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

  • Must have experience and working knowledge of both Jira and Confluence.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$79,120.00 - $118,680.00
