Job Description

Our Alcohol Compliance Officer is there to ensure that all employees and guest follow our safe-drinking guidelines. This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume & fast paced operations, communicating and enforcing policies, and working in food and beverage for some of the best events that the Yuengling Center has to offer!

Job Responsibilities

• Make sure staff is adhering to minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages and following safe drinking guidelines when serving customers

• Assist bartenders with checking patrons? identifications when necessary

• Perform multiple random identification checks during the course of the event

• Able to respond to guest complaints regarding alcohol service at any time during the event

• Be able to notice at risk alcohol situations and stop them before they occur

• Great customer service and communication skills

• Strong leadership skills

• Time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills

• Ability to work successfully in a team environment promote team work

• Ability to use confidential information in an appropriate manner and protect employee privacy

Qualifications

• Ability to manage people and have accountability for company assets

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively use problem solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work long shifts including early mornings, late nights, and weekends

• Ability to work on one?s feet for long periods of time

• Must be a team player

• 1 year of supervisor experience
