Aston Carter Accounts Receivable Supervisor in Tampa, Florida

Job Title: Accounts Receivable SupervisorJob Description

  • Manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) team and oversee all associated responsibilities. Drive AR deduction management and prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports, including forecasting. Handle all account collections and manage escalations when necessary. Conduct bad debt analysis and manage Days Receivable Outstanding (DRO) and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) with a focus on implementing improvement efforts. Create and distribute all AR reports.

Hard Skills

  • B2B AR experience (including chargebacks, deductions, etc.)

  • AR reconciliation and forecasting experience

  • Supervisory experience (team lead, etc.)

  • SAP (preferred)

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry (preferred)

Job Type

  • This is a permanent position.

Work Site

  • This is a fully on-site position in Tampa, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $36.06/hr.
