Your Role

We are looking for a Product Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on Front-end Product Development to join our agile and international team.

In this role, you will take ownership of digital products within the Software Asset Management area. Our business, which relies on hundreds of software providers, requires a sophisticated software asset management lifecycle that ensures compliance, security, trustworthiness, and efficiency. You will play a key part in enabling this.

You will enable our operations and business products by contributing throughout the entire lifecycle of these solutions - from ideation to implementation, iteration, integration, and maintenance. To achieve this, you will work closely with a global team of engineers, analysts, internal partners, and business stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Understand the business value of our Functional and Business Units and enable it through hands-on building and running software solutions.

• Manage the entire product lifecycle - from ideation through specification, prototyping, integration, and maintenance.

• Take part in product and architectural decisions together with the team.

• Collaborate very closely with product, engineering roles, various internal partners, and business stakeholders.

• Continuous improvement of our processes and working methods.

• "You Build It, You Own It" - the team is responsible for the whole software lifecycle.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Several years of active hands-on and recent experience with agile software development with strong expertise in front-end development with React.js (Typescript, MUI) or similar.

• You should either be comfortable working in both front-end and back-end or coordinate with your team to ensure successful contribution to the product as a primary front-end contributor.

• Familiarity with software development practices, where concepts like "Teamwork and open communication" and "Pair programming and knowledge sharing" simply feel natural to you.

• Experiences with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, SQL Server, Kubernetes, TeamCity, Docker, AWS is a plus.

• Developing yourself is always on your mind.
