Position Summary:

The Customer Service Coordinator will have an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, and their success will be highly dependent on their ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers. The job responsibilities are diverse and will allow for growth opportunities as this individual becomes proficient at the responsibilities below. The Customer Service Coordinator will work closely with the Director Customer Service to accelerate the learning curve and ensure a successful onboarding process.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate production and RMA order scheduling according to customer demands and Operations capabilities.

  • Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, distribution and internal departments, providing updates on order status and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

  • Generate and analyze production reports to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and communicate production capabilities.

  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention, including supporting subscription renewal efforts.

  • Support Sales in managing customer and Distribution accounts, including order processing, RMAs, opportunity management.

  • Conduct regular communication with sales, Distribution, customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with their expectations.

  • Provide administrative support, such as maintaining records, creating reports, updating databases, and preparing documentation.

  • Handle any other tasks or projects assigned by management related to customer service and production coordination.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar

Experience & Skills Required:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication

  • Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and manage changing priorities and workload

  • Customer-centric: excellent team player

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous Customer Service experience preferred. Proficient with Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics.
