We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Facilities Technician with at least intermediate-level HVAC experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. The role requires the ability to read and interpret floor plans and blueprints, as well as the physical capability to move, pick up, and lift furniture and office equipment.

salary: $18 - $21 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.

• Perform repairs on malfunctioning equipment and facilities.

• Manage and complete work orders and service requests.

• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events or special projects within the facility.

• Read floor plasn/blueprints

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 25lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
