Job Summary
As ERP Analyst, you will play a vital role in the Child Support Program's Enterprise System Support Process (ESSP), offering technical assistance and consultation services in support of the CAMS system.
Job Description
We are looking for a ERP Analyst. This position will be a full-time and onsite contract opportunity .
Candidates must be local to Tallahassee, FL.
What You’ll Do
Project Plan Review: Assist in reviewing and revising the Operations and Maintenance sections of the CAMS Enterprise Project Plan
Time and Progress Reporting: Use the Project Management tool for time and progress reporting
Incident Management: Use the Department tool to manage incidents.
Impact Assessments: Conduct preliminary impact assessments of support requests and provide detailed impact analyses
Change Management: Provide opinions on proposed changes to CAMS and manage support requests
Meeting Coordination: Attend and lead CAMS-related meetings, providing necessary documentation and reports
Analysis and Reporting: Assist with trend analysis and data dissemination related to child support program performance
System Management: Assist with software updates, requirements documentation, software and hardware management, and batch processing issues
Technical Support: Aid technical staff in maintaining code and system databases, resolving test discrepancies, and implementing system enhancements
Documentation and Testing: Document test scripts, conduct tests, and ensure results meet requirements
System Access: Review and modify system access procedures to maintain system integrity and security
What You'll Need
Required
Minimum 3 Years’ Experience: In one or a combination of the following: SAP S/4HANA Interfaces, SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP BW4HANA)
Functional SAP S/4HANA Experience: Essential
ERP Knowledge: Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications or object-oriented analysis and design
CRM Basics: Knowledge of basic CRM architecture
System Design and Testing: Experience in requirements development, system design, and testing
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Mandatory Training
SAP S/4HANA Advanced Training: 40 hours of advanced training in SAP S/4HANA applications at the consultant’s expense
Training Documentation: Proof of completed training or commitment to complete within six months of the contract start date
Alternative to Training: Documented technical experience of 1000+ hours on an SAP S/4HANA implementation project may substitute the training requirement
Preferred
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Experience across all phases including Analysis, Physical and Logical design, Resource Planning, Code development, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance
S/4HANA Implementations: Experience implementing new processes and enhancements
Certifications: SAP S/4HANA related certifications are an advantage
Migration Experience: Familiarity with migration to SAP S/4HANA
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
