Job Summary

SHI has an exciting opportunity available as a Project Manager. The Project Manager will lead and manage large and complex Services projects for SHI’s Customers.  The Project Manageris responsible foron-time and on-budget project execution across our diverse Services portfolio. 

This position will report to a Manager within the PMO. This position is remote with Home Office setup asdeterminedby SHI management.

Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:

• Leading project engagements to achieve the scope as described in Statements of Work.

• Conducting project kick offs and creating a project schedule to ensure that the project is executed on time and on budget.

• Assembly of the project team based on scope andexpertise,establishingroles andresponsibilitiesand then coordinating resources throughout the engagement to ensure tasks are executed appropriately.

• Communicating Customer status updates which include action items, issues and risks as well as developing andfacilitatingmitigation plans.

• Executing change requests to project scope, schedule, and or cost as needed.

• Acting as the single point of contact for any issues or escalations throughout the project.

• Conducting project close activities to confirm deliverables were achieved.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of direct Customer-facing project management experienceor equivalent experience

• CompletedBachelor'sdegree and/or equivalent experience

• Proficiencyin MS office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project

• Strong leadership skills, management skills, and the ability to lead/motivate a team

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Technology industry experience; Experience in IT delivery and operations

• Product Management background

• Understand the complexities of procurement vehicle

• ProjectManagementCertification(PMP)

Certifications Required

• Commitment to become PMP certified within one year of employment

Unique Requirements

• Travel to onsite locations as needed, up to 10%

Additional Information

• The estimated annual pay range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
