Robert Half HR Generalist in Talladega, Alabama

Description

We're seeking a committed HR Generalist to assist in the management of all human resources procedures and policies in our Talladega office. The successful candidate will be responsible for staff recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise recruitment process and design effective job descriptions.

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

  • Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.

  • Manage performance review procedure.

  • Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution.

  • Collaborate with management to identify company HR needs.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.

    Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of labor legislation, and experience in HR roles. They must portray a positive company image at all times and work well both within a team and independently. A bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and professional HR certification would be preferred.
