成功的候选人需要具备：

1.您拥大专及以上学历，商科或工科类专业优先，并具备7年及以上相关工作经验，拥有同行业工作经验者可适当放宽要求

2.您在类似行业（建筑/设施管理/暖通空调/消防与安全/服务/机电）中担任过销售管理职务，获得过优异的销售业绩。

3.您以结果为导向，能够适应在高度流程化的组织中工作

4.您可以创造协作且包容的工作氛围，激励团队提升销售业绩

5.您具有战略思维，能够制定和达成短期及长期业绩目标

6.您可以快速响应客户的需求，通过团队协作和卓越运营为奥的斯的业绩提升起到积极作用
