Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP HANA Integration Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the integration of SAP HANA with various systems, applications, and technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP HANA, integration tools, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and effective data flow between SAP and non-SAP systems.

Your role and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Strategy & Execution:

• Lead the development and execution of SAP HANA integration strategies to ensure efficient data management, real-time data processing, and system interoperability.

• Manage the integration of SAP HANA with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP Cloud) and third-party applications.

• Design, implement, and maintain integration workflows, ensuring data consistency and integrity.

Project Management:

• Oversee integration projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with project teams to define integration requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and consultants working on integration tasks.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and IT teams to ensure alignment between business needs and integration solutions.

• Communicate technical integration plans and progress to senior management and key stakeholders.

Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting:

• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of integration-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP HANA and integration technologies.

• Provide expert support for SAP HANA-based systems and troubleshoot complex integration challenges.

Continuous Improvement & Documentation:

• Continuously optimize integration processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, designs, and configurations.

Required technical and professional expertise

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in SAP HANA, with at least 3 years in an integration management role.

• Strong experience in integrating SAP HANA with third-party systems (CRM, ERP, cloud services, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Orchestration), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), or similar integration tools.

• In-depth understanding of SAP HANA architecture, data modeling, and integration.

• Proficiency in integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, OData, and APIs.

• Familiarity with data transformation tools and ETL processes.
