Purpose of Role

Responsible for labour safety in the hotel. Assist with hygiene and safety management; construction and public safety measures implementation; creating a safe work environment to ensure the safety of all Talent and hotel assets.

Responsibly Description

  • To assist Talent Coach promote labour safety and hygiene training.

  • To organize and host regular labour safety and hygiene meetings.

  • To announce MARRIOTT policies and communicate with Asia Pacific Division office.

  • To assist with the departmental training programs, ensure that all Talent have a complete understanding of the hotel's policies regarding Fire Safety, Health and Hygiene.

  • To submit annual occupational injury report to Taipei City Labor Inspection Office.

  • To assist with communication between Talent and the hotel.

  • To have a complete understanding of all work safety related record at all times.

  • To keep wardrobe clean and tidy, and maintain personal hygiene and appearance.

  • To audit and check each department’s work environment safety.

  • To provide guidance and assistant to vendor and contractor’ safety and hygiene training.

  • To schedule and execute tasks per Prevent Maintenance Schedule.

  • Follow up with each material tracking sheet, such as MSDS.

  • To establish a completed work safety plan.

  • To implement checks and audits per all related laws and regulations every quarter.

  • To update all labour safety and hygiene meeting records.

  • To participate in related training; including fire, health, and personal hygiene trainings.

  • To work with and assist Hygienist in complete related tasks.

負責飯店勞工安全管理職責。協助安全衛生管理、施工及公共衛生安全的落實、架構安全的工作環境以達到飯店人安物安的目標。

主要負責事項

  • 協助主管推展勞工安全衛生培訓。

  • 定期召集及主導勞工安全衛生會議。

  • 對內宣達各項萬豪總部傳達的公司政策,並與亞太區總部跟進溝通。

  • 協助部門培訓,確保全飯店人才了解與消防安全、健康及衛生相關的政策。

  • 每年向臺北市勞動檢查處申報飯店年度職業災害人數。

  • 擔任飯店及人才之間的溝通橋梁。

  • 隨時熟知任何與工作安全有關的記錄。

  • 保持外表與戲服整潔。

  • 抽查巡檢各單位的工作環境安全。

  • 對相關廠商及承包商安全衛生培訓提供指導及協助。

  • 依據預防性保養行程(Preventive Maintenance Schedule)設定及執行相關工作。

  • 追踪各項安全物質管理表(如MSDS)作業。

  • 完善的擬定安全防護作業計劃。

  • 每季進行法定規定的各項檢查作業。

  • 更新所有安全衛生會議記錄。

  • 參與相關培訓:包括消防、健康與個人衛生。

  • 協同衛生檢查員完成各項相關任務。
