ICON Clinical Research Import Export Specialist in Taipei, Taiwan

The Role:

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Coordinates import & export of shipments (including but not limited to registration of the shipments and Licenses in the internal database, review and approval of the shipping documents, tracking of the shipments, instructing the customs broker during customs clearance, management of potential and confirmed cases of noncompliance).

• Coordinates obtaining of the Import and Export Licenses issued by the local Regulatory Authorities (including but not limited to compiling documents and information, collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders to get all needed approvals, completion of the pack and its submission to the RA, tracking of the status). Communicates directly with the RA officers to provide additional documents and responses to the queries.

• Ensures timely, complete and accurate input of information related to shipments and licenses in the appropriate databases.

• Sets up, runs and shares the reports on import and export operations required by the internal and external stakeholders.

• Controls performance of the customs brokers with regards to the tasks set by the Senior Import Export Associate.

• Monitors changes in the international and local regulatory requirements associated with import and export operations.

• Takes active part in review and investigation of cases of potential or confirmed noncompliance.
