Amazon Demand Generation Manager, Amazon Global Selling Taiwan in Taipei, Taiwan

Amazon Global Selling has been helping Taiwan businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the world. Our mission is to educate sellers how to become successful sellers on Amazon, to help them understand the potential benefits to their business by reaching the world of customers through selling on Amazon. We would like to seek a highly motivated, customer focused, creative thinking, data driven and action-oriented professional to join our marketing team to drive the awareness of Amazon global selling Taiwan for prospects and Sellers.

The Demand Generation Manager will play a key role in scaling our outbound marketing efforts that will i) define leads sourcing and execute media approaches that scale, implement best practices, utilize new tools and platforms to foster better prospects and Sellers’ experiences, ii) manage all the platforms and systems that allows our marketing partners to take an integrated omni-channel approach to scale our business, executing more efficiently and effectively based on data and insights.

The ideal candidate will will take an analytical approach on problems solving, adopt the updated Marketing Technology detail-oriented and passionately, as well as have a proven track record of executing strategic lead generation campaigns that drive new Sellers acquisition and generate pipeline via marketing channels, including email, SMS, social (paid and organic), website, and other push online & offline channels.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective leads. Proactively prioritizing targets to strike a balance between our short- and long-term growth requirements and ensuring these are met.

  2. Lead media campaigns from planning to optimization and reporting.

  3. Define, test and build new opportunities of Lead Generation campaigns while communicating the specific value proposition for their business and use case.

  4. Identify, rationalize, and define target market segments and channel strategy for each segment and channel.

  5. Oversee intake and execution workflow for lead generation activities in partnership with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.

  6. Contributing to the development of internal & external tools, processes and best practices to optimize efficiency.

  7. Analyzing and improving business results of lead effectiveness and conversions.

  8. Prepare and give performance reviews to the management and business team regarding progress and roadblocks

  9. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, accurate and professional operational support to all internal and external stakeholders

  10. Representing marketing holistically in front of key partners, involving other teams as necessary.

A day in the life

You will work closely with global selling new Seller recruitment team, business operation team, third party partners in Taiwan and Amazon Global Selling Asia. To be successful in this role you will need to be an innovator, communicator, influencer, and problem solver. You will need to be highly analytical, think and act fast, and be apt at finding comprehensive solutions to complex problems.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

  • Bachelor degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in audience segmentation and targeting

  • Experience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
