Purpose of Role

• Report cost of beverage and food consumed by B&F Division on a timely basis.

• Monitor consumption and beverage / food purchase and relevant cost percentages throughout W Taipei and make proper recommendations as a reference of making pricing strategies to maximize profit margins.

• Ensure food and beverage items are recorded accurately and stored securely.

• Perform month end close procedures for food, beverage and general items; and execute quarterly OSE physical count.

• Plan and perform periodic and non-periodic food test.

• Prepare for monthly cost control reports timely, and non-periodical analysis report for special purpose.

• Cooperate with Purchasing Department closely to make necessary adjustment/ revision for the settings in GoldenUp System (i.e. rule of coding, categories, item description etc)

• Coach, supervise, and prepare development plan for Cost Control, Receiving and Storekeeper Talent.
