Task & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Accounts payable/Account receivable month-end/year-end closing activities with shared service center.

• Coordinate Fixed Assets management and vendor master maintenance with shared service center.

• Support treasury affairs with shared service center.

• Handle Employee Welfare Committee books and records.

• Ad hoc task and project support/ perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• 2 years or above experience.

• Pharmaceutical / Healthcare related industry experience is a plus.

• CPA firm experience is a plus.

• Good understanding of accounting processes and principles.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint & experience with SAP and Business Intelligence tool.

• Good communication skills, well self-organized, able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Good command of English in both writing and speaking.
