The Position
The (Associate) Therapeutic Area Analytics & Insights Manager is responsible for lead and mentor cross internal and external stakeholders to analyze multi-sources information and investigate functional requirements. This role will be responsible for the conception and implementation of crucial market research projects, converting results into practical suggestions that will support Commercial Team in gaining a more comprehensive understanding of Therapeutic Area related market as well as our customers' insight.
The incumbent will utilize precise information interpretation to proactively assess business requests and construction recommendations. In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical climate of the domain, as well as the health technology assessment procedure. Effective management of cross-functional teams during the initial stages of product launch preparation in relevant therapeutic and co-work on the annual strategy plan.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Propose the proper and necessary information collection via multi-data sources (incl. primary market research) to answer business questions, identify customer needs and understand the market
Manage and enhance the quality provided market research agents, including fieldwork execution, questionnaire design, data analysis, pricing and project management
Better control over the market research spending to meet the budget phasing
Assist in identifying business opportunities and threats cross existing and pipeline products by conducting comprehensive research on industry trends, market dynamics, patient journey and customer behavior
Search and screen market information from the secondary data sources such as NHIA, and syndicated report, Cancer Registry, etc. to actively identify emerging trends and raise alerts
Be a passionate voice of customer at cross-functional meetings and represent market intelligence deliverables to influence strategic and tactical decisions without authority
Publish monthly summary report including market trend, channel dynamics, company performance, product performance and important market intelligences
Requirements
At least 5 years experience in market research and business analysis, the relevant experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
Be able to demonstrate the ability to organize and complete multiple projects in an efficient and timely manner.
Effective collaborator and a persuasive team player.
Good verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point …) are required.
Experience using data visualization and business intelligence tools(tableau, PowerBI,...etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights is a plus
