About this role

Team Description:

The Sales Support team partners with the Wealth team and stakeholders to ensure that the client strategy, servicing needs of our clients, local regulatory requirements are understood and implemented which aligned with the operational teams across BlackRock. In the meantime, The Sales Support team also works with Wealth Leaderships on Business Management related items (budget, management report, risk governance, etc).

Responsibilities :

The successful candidate will :

• Work with sales relationship manager to facilitate client event and client engagement activities.

• Assist sales relationship manager in responding day-to-day client administrative inquiries through emails and calls.

• Assist the complying process of sales & marketing material where necessary.

• Play a role in operations / management-related local, regional projects to bring impact to local Wealth team.

• Leverage corporate AI toolset and play a key role in building automation templates for Wealth team, optimizing efficiency in preparing fund, sales, and management related materials.

• Partner with relevant stakeholders and play role in client communication when executing necessary client-related onboarding procedure, including client commercial / FDP agreement, distributor KYC refresh, custodian DD, etc.

• Prepare Wealth team documents for statutory audit, corporate audit and regulatory inspection.

• Assist in gatekeeping of Wealth team relevant policies & process, delivering regular trainings to Wealth team members.

Requirements:

• Must: SITCA licensing (Senior Securities Specialist or Securities Investment Trust & Consulting Professionals) is required

• Strongly preferred: programming skill, especially Excel VBA

• Good proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint, with an ability to navigate and interpret multiple datasets

• 2+ years of prior experience in asset manager / financial industry is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible and proactive with a keen attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships effectively
