• Develop / implement product training materials and responsible for providing product training to the clinical practitioners - physicians, consultants, nurses.

• Provide ongoing clinical and marketing support and assist to implement marketing programs / message.

• Provide a high level of customer service and sales support to achieve customer and patient satisfaction.

• Develop strong business relationships with customers and key accounts.

• Ability to make appropriate business decisions in the best interest of company objectives.

• Execute the developed business plan per territory to drive product acceptance, usage and customer satisfaction.

• Complete the required administrative tasks necessary for the position.

• Effectively manage company resources in a responsible and efficient manner.

• Collect / analyze market intelligence and pulses in the market.
