Google Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (Fixed-Term Contract) in Taguig, Philippines

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience growing and scaling up businesses, driving business growth, managing customers, and consulting.

  • Experience in digital advertising, online marketing, and online ad sales.

  • Experience in spreadsheet and presentation software.

  • Ability to meet deadlines, deliver results under pressure and show dedication to customers and to think strategically, analyzing the needs of clients.

  • Excellent business sense, problem solving, project management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent leadership, organization, communication, people management, and teamwork skills.

As an Account Manager in the Large Customer Sales team, you will actively grow customer business by developing and managing relationships directly with clients and agencies in a specific vertical industry. Additionally, you will act as an advisor, consultant, and advocate for your assigned clients within Google. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of March 2025.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

  • Take ownership for driving and delivering against the book of business objectives and contribute to team success.

  • Identify, get in contact with, and develop relationships with supported customers, acting as a point of contact for customers and agencies.

  • Identify customer needs and translate their objectives into the right solutions that can help clients meet their goals.

  • Ensure smooth campaign or product implementation, optimization, product adoption and expansion, and core account hygiene with minimal assistance, by collaborating with the agencies and internal teams.

  • Develop and pitch opportunities for key clients.
