Infoblox Senior Project Manager in Tacoma, Washington

We are looking for a New Product Introduction (NPI) Senior Project Manager to join our Product team in either Tacoma, WA, or Santa Clara, CA, reporting to the director of Product Operations. In this hybrid role, you will manage a portfolio of projects and partner with business stakeholders including IT, product operations, product marketing, finance, and engineering to launch new product offerings to the market. You will develop and execute project plans, schedules and timely progress reports while driving a high degree of collaboration and efficiency amongst teams. You will focus on work that is high value, such as reducing waste, friction, and bottlenecks that stand in the way of the NPI process reaching completion. You will be a part of a team that is responsible for enabling an effective, outcome-focused Product organization to achieve the best customer, business, and portfolio outcomes. You are the ideal candidate if you have a high degree of emotional intelligence and are adept at understanding and responding to the needs of both individuals and the collective team. What you'll do: Manage a portfolio of projects and lead the cross-functional team to ensure smooth execution at each stage of the NPI process Create the project plan required to achieve project objectives and request resources to execute those plans effectively Proactively address any issues or risks that may arise during the NPI journey Communicate progress, milestones, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders Enforce methodological execution of program deliverables and drive outcomes Review deliverables, perform engagement reviews, and enforce quality assurance procedures Collaborate with other project managers and share best practices and lessons learned Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives within the NPI function What you'll bring: Minimum 7-8 years of project management experience at a SaaS software company with demonstrated ability to develop and monitor project schedules, understand and connect diverse systems and processes, and effectively collaborate in cross-functional teams; networking security experience is a plus Superb tech savvy process creation, with a flexible approach to empower members of the Product team Excellent writing and communication skills to create formal communication streams, such as newsletters and customer communications Strong ability to engage individuals and teams in collaboration Bachelor's year-degree in business administration or similar field, or HS diploma/GED + 4 additional years of experience beyond the original required amount A toolbox of soft skills include emotional intelligence, the ability to synthesize information into succinct points, ability to identify issues and risks and to lead a meeting in which attendees participate in the discussion What success looks like: After six months, you will...
