Are you a hands-on professional with experience in maintaining and troubleshooting machines that produce plastic products? We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! What You'll Do:

• Perform preventive maintenance on key equipment, including injection molding machines, extruders, and blow molders.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.

• Ensure machinery is properly set up and calibrated for production runs.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with OSHA standards.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.

• Collaborate with production teams to improve machine performance and identify areas for process improvement.

• Be available for emergency repairs and breakdowns, including occasional night and weekend shifts.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 2-5 years of maintenance experience in a plastics manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Skills: Knowledge of injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding machinery. strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills are essential.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical certification in industrial maintenance or mechanical engineering is a plus.

• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a bonus.

• Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
