We are seeking a talented and experienced CNC Programmer with expertise in Siemens NX and Vericut software . If you have a strong background in programming 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines and are passionate about precision and efficiency in manufacturing, this opportunity could be a great fit for you. You'll be instrumental in producing complex aerospace components and optimizing CNC processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using Siemens NX for 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines.

• Simulate and verify CNC programs with Vericut software to identify and resolve issues before production.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to review design specifications and select the best machining strategies.

• Adjust and troubleshoot CNC programs to improve performance and reduce cycle times.

• Maintain and update CNC program libraries, ensuring proper documentation and version control.

• Conduct machine setup and first article inspections to ensure program accuracy.

• Provide technical support to machine operators and resolve programming-related issues during production.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC programming, machining technology, and software updates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, with expertise in programming 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines.

• Proficiency in Siemens NX and Vericut software.

• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical documentation.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A degree or certification in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
