Job Description:

Parsons is currently looking for an incredibly talented Construction Director to join our team!

We are in the process of building a world-class team that will deliver multiple key infrastructure projects within the scope of this PMC, including roads, highways, interchanges, bridges, tunnels, water infrastructure, special projects assets, and PPP residential accommodation camps. We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced individuals that can add value to the teams that we are developing.

What You'll be Doing:

• Leads the construction supervision activities of the design consultant and management of construction project (s).

• Works closely with Project Controls Department to establish and maintain the Master Schedule and Budget.

• Participates in value engineering reviews during design and construction.

• Organizes and works closely with a high level construction management team to provide oversight of the various site supervision and inspection services provided by the designers through the construction phase, interface with commissioning and start up activities.

• At all times be available for consultation on any site problem.

• Liaises as necessary with client representatives.

• Leadership of project progress.

• Participates in procurement / tender evaluations.

• Leads the preparation of construction procedures.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a related field is required.

• Twenty-five (25) years experience in a senior role within construction engineering, management of infrastructure projects, and construction of very large multi disciplinary projects with both horizontal and vertical components, multi disciplinary program and complex interface coordination.

• Recent experience with significant elements of infrastructure planning, design and construction.
