Function

Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. Over half of Diageo’s 27,000+ people work in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. About the Role

As our Production Amin, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the production process, from material procurement to documentation and data management. This role involves coordinating with various teams (blending, packaging, quality, logistics), handling inventory, and adhering to quality standards (5S).

Key Tasks / Accountabilities

  • As part of leader shift team in LKJ plant organization to deliver strategic objectives in governance, aware for environtment- health – safety (EHS), quality,cost, responsiveness and people develovment in order to achieve plant vision and support DIAGEO business in market

  • Responsible for weekly material requirements (raw materials, packaging and excise tape) and validate daily material availability in accordance with production planning.

  • Responsible for the order document process in accordance with production planning and distributing to blending and packaging teams.

  • Collaborate with shift leader to control the production process to run well

  • Responsible for the overall production process in line with SAP reporting and handover transactions with other stakeholders (Quality and Logistics).

  • Responsible for recording data for waste from production, material usage, utility and others.

  • Responsible for reviewing production documents (WIT and Form) and ensuring updated documents are implemented in the field.

  • Drive 5S quality standards and relentless adherence to 5S standards.

  • Assist team leader to update data in daily operational review meeting (TIER 1) to discuss performance per shift and Tier 3 (for daily).

  • Perform stock count on liquid, alcohol and WIP related to excise reporting validated by shift leader, as well as CO2 stock.

  • Control production consumable needs and stock and validated records

  • Collaborate with IBC team for new product development specific to GT2 trial, visual management and other supporting documents.

  • Perform retention of production documents from blending, filling to packaging according to procedure.

  • Involved in Project improvement to support productivity, efficiency and process improvement or development (ITF project)

About You

  • Vocational School major in General or Management.

  • At least 3 years business experience in manufacturing consumer goods preferably in beverage factory.

  • Agile and resilience to adapt changing situations/plans

  • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and learn on the job

  • Ability to work in a team environment and get along with others.

  • Basic ability to apply computer, microsoft word and excel, preferably familiar with SAP production

  • Good communication skills – spoken and written in Bahasa

  • Quality & food safety knowledge (Quality & Food safety policy, SQIP, brand assurance)

  • Capable to understand and implement personal hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices
