Function

Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. Over half of Diageo’s 27,000+ people work in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. It’s an intricate and sophisticated operation that’s the product of logistical, manufacturing, and technical collaborations.

About the Role

As our Innovation & Brand Change Specialist, you will be at the forefront of shaping LKJ's future. You will own the innovation and brand change pipeline, from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless experience for all collaborators.

Key Tasks / Accountabilities

  • Deliver innovation & brand change pipeline as agreed with broader team members.

  • To implement and manage innovation & brand change activities for LKJ as individual project, Imported Spirits and Beer.

  • Leading packaging development

  • Leading individual project call in purpose to maintain the project in timely manner.

  • Provide support to the brand marketing manager and technical manager for bigger scale project.

  • Support regulatory manager in order to register brand to BPOM system.

  • Managing the gate paper as an order as business process.

  • Drives individual project of innovation & brand change pipeline in timely manner.

  • Manages Component and SKU Data Creations through SAP PLM.

  • Accurate and timely preparation of product data and key developmental transactions.

About You

ESSENTIAL:

  • Strongly leadership capabilities as per DIAGEO Leadership standard.

  • Degree/Diploma level qualification or equivalent, ideally in technical area, can speak & write in English fluently.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, decision making abilities.

  • Prefer to have experience in R&D, business development.

  • Strong organization ability with good attention to detail.

  • Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, being capable of developing sound working relationships, able to present the project to stakeholder.

  • Able to lead and work effectively in cross function teams.

  • Demonstrate deep personal accountability for great performance.

  • Ability to develop sound understanding of Brand Technical Centre and Brand Services processes and Ways of Working.

  • Ability to develop sound understanding of Planview process.

  • Good organization, report preparation and presentation skills

PREFERABLE:

  • Have minimum 5 years at the same field in FMCG industry.

  • Have experiences on ISO 9001, Project management and Manufacturing Improvement.

  • Knowledge of Diageo saving and productivity as part of AOP process.

  • Working knowledge of SAP.

  • Ability to interpret and analyse extensive data sources to identify cost saving opportunities, e.g., Material price, COGS, etc.

  • Track record of good engagement and communication skills

  • Proficient in use of standard business (MS Office) and Diageo packages.
