Description and Requirements

Motorola is empowering consumers and enterprises to go beyond the limits of the traditional smartphone, unleashing the power of the mobile device to amplify software experiences. We are looking for a skilledSoftware and Services Analystto work on the requirements analysis and support ofinternet serviceswith the target of bringing more value to ourmonetized B2B solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

TheSoftware and Services Analystwill work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the technical requirements of our enterprise customers are implemented in our products. The activities include understanding the voice of the customer, analyzing the needs, evaluating technical feasibility, guide discussions, perform tests and suggest solutions. It also includes supporting customers, sales and business teams on meetings, training, tests and technical documentation. The candidate will act as the product evangelist and expert demo’er. TheSoftware and Services Analyst will need to stay updated about technology trends on the mobile B2B market such as Android Enterprise, EMMs, mobile security, and others.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Past experience withsoftware and servicesin mobile industries;

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or correlated areas;

  • Highly effective communication skills;

  • Ability on building technical documentation;

  • Clear and objective communication;

  • Candidate should be self-driven / self-starter;

  • Demonstrate advanced analytical and problem solving skills;

  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and self-directed;

  • Advanced English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Android Enterprise and various EMM solutions;

  • Experience with B2B services working on different subscription models.
