Description and Requirements
The Lenovo Logistics Professional role is a critical member of the Lenovo Brazil ISG Services & Reverse Operation.
We are currenting moving our service parts network from being managed by a 3PL to in-house management. This change allows us to manage our business and customer experience much more closely and bring opportunities to re-invent and optimize our processes and policies.
The Lenovo Brazil Logistics Professional role is responsible for managing physical operations, such as working with local logistics and the relationship with the vendors, coordinating with the local 3PLs to ensure good and defective parts process flow through the forward and reverse operations throughout the country. Domestic and International Logistics knowledge and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
• Monitoring and managing performance of the 3PLs to ensure they are meeting KPIs for both international and domestic operations, forward and reverse logistics.
- Lead Brazil Reverse operations set-up / Ramp-up.
• Monitoring the system discrepancy and error messages for movements and take actions to correct discrepancies.
- Daily follow-up for non-returns. Ensure PoU returns >90%.
• Monitoring and managing performance of repair vendors to ensure TAT and Yield are achieved.
• Providing resolutions to 3PL for part disposition within the daily operations.
• Communicating directly with vendors to resolve delays in RMA submission, OOB, and part delivery to ODMs and 3PLs.
• Managing vendor credit note processing/booking through the Finance team.
• Providing CSP/GP operations reporting, tracking, and arrow to internal customers for part status update and parts flow.
• Managing good and defective inbound follow up and resolution.
• W2W processing and data analysis
• OOW/CID Repair billing validations/approvals for payment
• Daily/Weekly interlocks with the 3PLs Team and Management to present/review Operations Scorecard.
• Working with the 3PL to ensure vendor accuracy for repair/credit.
• Working on system implementation, process alignment, and reverse parts workflow from E2E.
• Provide focal/support for new logistics related projects.
• Responsible for overall execution of scrap process and follow up.
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above
• 3-5 years working experience on supply chain reverse operations or related positions.
• Outstanding analytical capabilities and familiarity with excel & PPT, SAP, Power BI experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills-Fluent Portuguese speaking, Advanced English speaking
• Ability to work cross functionally in an international environment
• Detail orientated
