Job Title

Incident Management

Crisis Management

• Manage and Lead technical or multidisciplinary teams in War-Rooms related Critical-Major- Crisis Incidents

• Provide Incident Information / Communication Report during and after incident major

• Coordinate solution among technical Teams in order to restore the service as faster as possible.

• Update Critical Incident Tickets accordingly.

• Lead / Coordinate the Post Major Incident Review Meetings in order to define action plan and next steps, if required.

Incident Management

• Track incident backlog with technical teams

• Follow and Report Critical Incidents (P1)

Problem Management

• Open Problem Registers related to Critical Incident (Majors and P1s)

• Coordinate Root Cause Analysis, Action plans and Improvements through Problem Management Process with all engaged areas

• Tracking Problem Register from its creation until to its closing.

Change Management

• Review / Authorize and Open Emergency Changes

• Review High Impact Changes and identify / Report Gaps or recommendations

• Track and Report High Impact Changes during its execution

• Coordinate the communication to Business Areas and support on the validation required among technical teams before and during the Change Execution

Skills:

Experience on Incident with high impact – Crisis Management about is required.

Basic Knowledge in Infra-Structure environment and how the components are connected is mandatory (Network, Middleware, Database and how the infrastructure components are connected)

English spoken is mandatory

Spanish is desirable

Service now tool is desired

Service Management knowledge and ITIL concepts (Incidente, Problem and Change Management) is mandatory
