Através de um ciclo robusto de feedback das partes interessadas e com processos e liderança consistentes, temos orgulho em fornecer um serviço ágil, justo e profissional com empatia e eficiência.

Principais responsabilidades:

• apoiar nas análises de sinistros e processos da área

• preparar relatórios

• atender corretores

• interagir com a área de Produtos e Operações

• atualizar sistemas e acompanhar processos.

O que buscamos:

• Estudante de Direito, Engenharia, Administração, Economia, com formação prevista a partir de 2026

• Inglês intermediário

• Bons conhecimentos de MS-Office – Principalmente Excel.

• Competências: ótima comunicação, criatividade, resiliência, espírito de colaboração, aprendizado ágil, foco no cliente, resolução de problemas.
