Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Daily follow ups on the supplier execution for material preparation and status

  • Weekly forecast/ POs placing to the supplier

  • Weekly Open Order management, guaranteeing full alignment between ETD confirmation and requested date

  • Weekly review/negotiation of Resch in/out and cancelation messages (Based on MRP recommendation)

  • Bridge between GSM and IBP for the quarter supply visibility and coverage

  • Daily Shipment/ Green Lights analysis and approvals

  • Analytical skill on Material Shortage management based on the priority's lists aligned with Planning team in Brazil

  • Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advise Brazil team of any impact (Allocation/ WW constrain, etc.)

  • Weekly/ Daily System Management (AgiLe)

  • Ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships

  • Advanced written and verbal skills in English

  • Knowledge in MS Office (Excel/ Powerpoint)

  • Desirable knowledge in International Logistics / Customs (Inbound) operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • MBA is a plus

  • Large experience withing Purchising

  • Experience with projects

  • Experience with SAP or Oracle

  • Advanced english

  • Hybrid format 3x Office, 2x Home Office

  • Location: Indaiatuba
